How Long We Keep Your Data

- Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years in case of follow-up, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriber data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. After unsubscribing, we delete your email within 30 days.
- Analytics data is retained in anonymised, aggregated form and does not contain personally identifiable information after processing.
- Server logs containing IP addresses are purged automatically within 90 days.
- Any data we’re legally required to keep (for tax or compliance purposes) is retained for the minimum period required by law.
Children’s Privacy
Virapoud is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Our content covers financial markets, crypto trading, and investment tools — topics intended for adults.
